1. Orders & Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, and contact number. All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.

2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in product appearance, packaging, or labeling may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

4. Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash On Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across Pakistan. Customers are required to pay the complete order amount at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, sales, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be submitted within 4 days of receiving the order. Returns or replacements may be accepted for eligible issues such as receiving the wrong product, damaged products, expired products, or genuine quality issues. Opened or consumed food products are generally not eligible for return due to food safety and hygiene reasons.

7. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before their order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery and contact information. Al Mufazaal Foods will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Website Use
Customers agree not to misuse, damage, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or its services.
